January can be a challenging month – what with all the focus on New Year’s resolutions, shifting the Christmas cheese weight gain, dry January…and the cold grey skies, but it can also be critical to planning your most effective year. Awards deadline season is just around the corner and frankly it’s never too early to start thinking about effectiveness – ideally, it should be baked into your organisations’ culture, your strategy, your reviews, and your calendar.
